Long-stay apartments in Mielec for contractors and engineers

Who we usually host

Mielec is an industrial town with an unusual specialism: aircraft. It sits inside the Aviation Valley cluster (Dolina Lotnicza) and inside the Euro-Park Mielec special economic zone, and the employers there bring in engineers, quality auditors, installers, trainers and project managers — often from abroad, and often for weeks at a time.

Those are the guests our apartments were furnished for. Each one is a self-contained studio apartment with air conditioning, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi fast enough for a video call with head office, and each has its own front door rather than a corridor full of them.

Arriving at an awkward hour is normal here

There is no reception, so there is nobody to keep waiting. You receive a code for the door before you travel and let yourself in — from 14:00 on your arrival day, whether that means five in the afternoon or two in the morning after a delayed flight. Check-out is by 11:00. The code stops working when your stay ends, so there are no keys to hand back or lose on site.

Invoices and paperwork

We issue a VAT invoice for company stays — give us the company name and NIP (the Polish tax identification number) when booking or at check-in. Booking directly with us means the invoice comes from the property itself rather than from a booking portal, which usually saves an argument with the finance department. For rolling contracts, several colleagues at once, or a block of nights repeated every month, write to biuro@globalhome.pl and we will agree terms.

The practical side of a long stay

Parking at the building is free and private, which matters when the car is a hire car or a company van. Breakfast is available downstairs at the FitCake café, either eaten there or delivered to the apartment as a box ordered a day in advance. If you would rather look after yourself, N.Y LOFT has a kitchenette; JAPAN and SCANDI have a separate seating area, which makes a difference when the apartment is also where you spend your evenings for a month.

Longer stays cost less

The discount is automatic on direct bookings: 10% off the accommodation from two nights, 15% from six. You will see it applied in the summary before you pay. Rates are in PLN.
